Where do you find regional maps with zip codes?

Is there a source where you can buy or download maps for major metro areas that have zip codes listed on them. Preferably vector format so we can customize them

I wonder how frequently zip codes change? I know they do because we had a customer that suddenly wasn't paying their bill after years of timely payments. Come to find out their zip code had changed. Of course they didn't bother to tell us. But that's the only time I've known of a zip code change.

I gotta ask, why? I'm having a hard time imagining how it would be useful.

It's to map out sales territories, delivery rates, target jobs/customers and general dispatch. Big dry erase map. We used to break out territories by county but who knows?
