Where is a good place to look for a partner

Looking for a hands on partner/investor in a printing production company in San Diego. Does anyone know where is a good place to place an ad or look for such a person in this industry. Is Sign 101 a good place to place an ad?? Anything local?? Thank your for your input.

You know, I recall hearing about a C-Suite organization it helps people find partners, investors, and C-suite folks (full-time & fractional). I think it was about the last few months that I encountered this information in an investor meeting. I can't promise to be helpful, but if I do locate that information I'll share it here.
