Where to buy Embossed Metal "Tags"

Can anyone recommend a supplier (someone you've worked with in the past) for Embossed Metal Equipment "Tags" ?

The size is still "Up in the Air', but 3" x 4" is what I'm thinking.

Edit: Stouse has "embossed" decals, but not embossed directly into the aluminum (think "license plate")
