Where to get Pinch Rollers for Mimaki Cutter?

Hey all,
My cutter is all over the place with cuts recently both print cut and just print. I am thinking my pinch rollers are bad and want to replace them.

Anyone know where I can get these at?

Thanks!!! I guess I should have just called them first. Only problem is last time I ordered a part from them for my cutter (Cutting Strip) it took 6 months!!!
