Where'd My CYAN GO?!?!!

So I think we have a problem with our JV33. When the first cyan cartridge hits 2, the machine fails to update the level of the ink, and then once it's at zero it doesn't switch over to the other cartridge.

I replaced both cartridges just to be safe... I still have zero cyan coming out of the heads. Even after multiple washes.

Thoughts?
