Which Cutter plotter? Teneth Kuco TH740XL or Vicsign HS630

Hello all,

I plan to start making Reflective sign and also T-shirts and various other projects. I have been searching for the correct cutter plotter which there are soo many to choose from.

I have narrowed it down to 2 but i am open to suggestions.

These are the 2:

Teneth Kuco TH740XL

Vicsign HS630

I chose those 2 as i have been offered a good deal and their specs are quite impressive for the price.

Has anyone heard of the above cutter plotters?
