White around overlapping vector objects

Pretty sure I've had this problem before and it was a setting with color trapping or overprint (or something) but after hours of searching and playing with settings I couldn't find the answer. I drew this simple box to show the issue. There is no stroke. Just a simple red box on top of solid black box. Where the two overlap white shows on one side. Roland SP-300V if it matters.

Your two printheads are not physically aligned properly. K jets from head 1, and red (Y+M)jets from head 2 on the SP printers.

Thanks...that was the issue. But I swear I had a similar issue before that had to do with a Flexisign setting.
