white lines in rasterized image

I am working on a picture that in Flexi I put a transparent lens on, export .eps and .jpeg it to Versaworks to print. In Versaworks as it gets ready to print, a white line shows up (horizontal and/or vertical) in the printed picture. Any ideas how to get rid of or why it's happening?
