Question White uv ink print not stabile,any suggestion please

Hi friends,
Please could anyone give me oppinion why white is nit stabile,start perfect but cant finish like that,finish weak.
Maybe some bady has similar problem.
I use Sakata inks,CE4M toshiba heads.

Seems that you are loosing nozzles on high ink load. This could be related to almost everything. Meniscus to low or instable, ink flow, filter in PH, …

White ink settles in the box very fast, we always give the white a good shake and print about .5m before running the job

Thanks friend for answer,.
I changed from subtank all,new pipe,new filter,new cable connector.
Test nizzles before printing,was ok.
First time was all ok,750x550 acryl,second time loose nozzles.thanks
