Hi does anyone have experience with WhiteRip? it looks to be suitable for our needs but we are concerned about lack of support & supplier lack of contact, below is an email i sent to there support a few days after trialling the Demo & trying to get a price to buy.
"Good morning, we are very interested in purchasing your product, however we are concerned that we cannot get support when requested.
This is the second time we have downloaded a demo version and are almost convinced we should purchase, but even when we tried to look at pricing the response is we will get back to you with a quote, unfortunately that was a few days ago which is neither quick nor helpful and is what is concerning us about buying the product, please advise."
