Who can print custom size flyers

I need 11"x11" 14pt, uv, 4/4, half fold. Who can do this, 4over wont do uv on it

Print Harmony has cut down standard sizes to custom sizes for us before. Their minimum is 500 and prices are the same for 4/0 and 4/4 - so if you project is one sided, they may be a little expensive. You just need to call them first to verify that they can do it and ask if there is an up charge. I think they have a really large sheet - like 11x24 that you could order with the art positioned 2 on a page.
