I'm not sure if I understand your question completely.
Are you asking for other "networks" such as ASI?
If so then the first 2 big ones that come to my mind are SAGE and PPAI.
To be honest we're part of ASI at the moment and if you put in the work (sales calls, creative advertising, etc,.) I see no reason as to why you couldn't at least make enough money to pay the monthly fee. Many people expect a little too much from such networks. Without the effort you won't make a dime even though thousands of possibilities are open to you.
