Who make a decent cutter

that could cut 1/8" 4x8 centrum board I've been printing 22x28 prints
cold laminating the prints, then using the laminator to stick the 22x28 prints to the board but the slowest part is cutting them down by hand with the OLFA Knife. There has to be a better WORK FLOW FOR THAT.

I just bought the Image Edge cutting system. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but the videos make it look very user friendly. I bought mine from Lamination Warehouse.
