XL Digital in Dallas provides some of the fastest turn-arounds on prints. Flex faces or prints. Like order monday and it shows up wednesday.
Gregory Inc. provides all kind of options as well. Buhler, Kansas.
Miratec in Minnesota does bullet proof printing for backlit projects.

We've worked with the VP -- Nishan Persad (npersad@xldigital.com) -- at XL Digital in Dallas and their facilities are on another level in terms of scale and do XL format printing up to 15 feet (roll-fed) I believe, depending on the substrate.

I don't know of any adhesive material that comes larger than 60" wide. It would all be seemed at that point.
