We are looking for a new distributor of our custom canopies, flags, and banners and they need to be US based. We used to supply out of China but that situation is untenable- Who do you have that can provide us with custom printed canopies (including frames of 10x10, 10x20 etc) and can also do flags, banners, step and repeat etc?? Royal Printing may do a bit of everything except answer a simple question. After seeing a couple of mentions of Royal, I set up an account. Then I sent a straightforward question to customer service. The person responding apparently didn't want to make an effort so asked if the order would be placed online. In that case, he'd push the question off to the web tech guy. It wasn't a web specific question. I tried calling and the same guy answered. Talked a mile a minute. The guy doesn't belong anywhere near answering a phone. I will pay a little more and take the order somewhere I can trust to care. I was able to connect with the accounting person who set up my account. I told her my concerns. I got the impression she wasn't surprised by my comments.
