Suggestions Wholesale supplier for Custom Aluminum monument Structure

Looking for a wholesale supplier that can build a custom aluminum sculpture similar to the attachment. The art piece will be used at a University to stand behind to take photos. Would be open to additional material ideas as the aluminum may be more than they want to spend.
