Who's Artwork is this?

I am being asked by a local volunteer fire dept. to put this fire truck on the front of there shirts. I would like to know if anyone here on 101 can direct me to the artist or clipart. I am willing to buy the clipart or pay for the artwork. Any help would be appreciated. I will not use it without permission from the original artist.

scan and re-create it, it would probably be less trouble in the end..
Looks like a fairly simple design?
