Need Help Why does my LEF 12i preform cleaning before every print?

Hi, Can anyone tell me why my LEF 12i preforms a cleaning before every job? The only information I can find in the manual is if periodical cleaning is set to "page" I have mine set to about an hour and have changed it around. I am on newest firmware.

Any help is appreciated.

UV printers clean a lot.
However, check the Periodic Clean setting
Menu, sub menu, periodic clean
If set to Page it will clean before every print, not necessarily a bad thing.
Refer to on or about page 41 of the Master Guide

Hi, thank you for the reply. As stated in the original post, the periodic clean setting is set to about an hour. I even tried to set it to max amount of hours and it still cleans with every job. It cleans with every job even if they are minutes apart.
I would like to solve this.

Set it to NONE And see what happens.
Again, UV’s clean more often.
Is the printer inked with Primer?
