I just got this email today as well. Wilcom is a great program and this would allow you to view and export the proprietary EMB format (akin to Ai, CDR etc) into a raw stitch file.

Just be careful with how much you resize the design using this without re-digitizing using the EMB file (although you can get more out of resizing an EMB file versus DST), but still a good program to have.
