window perf, hp315 and head strikes

it's the heat, not how long it's on the heat.

If you go more passes, and turn the heat way down it'll be perfect.

We do a lot of perf... And perf is the one media we can't use our 1 profile fits all.

Low heat, more passes - or low heat, with an interpass delay... You'll never have a wrinkle again.
The buckling is happening before it hits the heaters. If I turn the heat down any more (it's set for window perf at around 188). The ink starts rubbing off. I have one profile set for lower heat and high vacuum. but I've set the heat as low as I can set it before it starts wiping off (sometimes that doesn't even matter and it rubs off anyway). Then the vacuum has been set as high as I can get it.
The problem is that it buckles in the middle (in the same spot every time). before it hits the print heads.
