Window perf question

Hello,
Have a client wanting to put 80/20 perf on a storefront window that’s 8ft wide by 12ft tall. Obviously too wide for one panel. How do you seam perf to make it look good or what other options are there? Thanks in advance.

I prefer to do a butt seam on window perf without any overlap, I know some installers who prefer to overlap the seams but I think that it just makes the seams more noticable

Do you find that the perf shrinks when you Butt over time leaving a gap?

perhaps edge tape over this butt - might be more of an eyesore...

lay knifeless tape and butt seam
the life span of perm is too short for any real "separation" to be seen

if you leave the overlap, from the exterior it will be invisible, from the interior you will see the overlap
