wiper for UJF3042 fx??

I'm trying to get a bit of clarification here.
Am i right in assuming that as per my other printers, should there be a small rubber wiper attached to the wiper assembly?
Evrytime I search for UJF3042 fx wiper, I only find listings for the actual assembly.

Should there be a small consumable in here?
If so, where/what is it?

The MK1's use a suction nozzle, at least mine does.
