when i did it the first time .... it took so long the ink lines lost all the ink took me forever to figure it out and get all the nozzles firing... but the second time was real smooth and all work perfectly afterwards

i also changed all the dampers both times ... i changed them one at a time now because i think thats where i lost the ink vaccum.

Piece of cake!!! took about 20 minuets including cleaning up old ink. I had a noise I had posted about in another post. Turns out the guide in the pump that keeps the main drive gear in place had broken. I had an old pump from the last owner and it looks like it had done the same thing on that one. First nozzle check after one cleaning was 100%.
