Wrapping a coin counting machine

We wrapped a coin counting machine that has coating on the service of the metal case. I'm the vinyl is not sticking well (Oracal RapidAir). I'm going to redo it with 3M Control Tac, and use Primer 94 on the entire service. Any other ideas? Thanks.

If the machine is anything like a lot of machinery now a days they have a teflon coating on the paints clear coat ... primer should work ... also someone posted in relation to a plastic roof car roof sign that wasn't letting stuff stick to it ... he suggested that adhesion promoter you can get at autozone and stuff.
