Maybe I am missing something obvious...
I have a rectangle, with one word of Text centered in it. Both are vector shapes, filled with pantone colors (solid fill, no gradients, lens effects, etc)
Pretty straightforward. The banners are 9' long. when I export as EPS, it's making the thing 8mb in size. Yet if I downsize it to 10%, its just 243k (Which is still pretty large considering it's a hair over 100 modes total. It's vector... physical size shouldn't affect the file size that much!?
Why is this? or what am I doing wrong?
