I own a Graphtec Signjet js310 I am having problem with the new print heads I purchased. I checked all of the drive voltages of the new heads and I installed them according to the manual that comes with the machine. The new print heads shoot perfect when I do the nozzle or jam test. After the test I start to run a color test that is 4 color blocks 1 of each color. The new heads after 3 or 4 passes begin to stop spraying. Can anyone help i just installed them this afternoon.
