XC540 Updating Firmware - Problems

Attempting to upgrade the firmware form 3.7 to 4.20, Ive tried from multiple computers with no luck, it fails every time. How would one go about upgrading the firmware on the machine and the network card? Reading other posts, I see there is a peck program but I cant seem to find it. I found copeck. Any thoughts

Don't do it.

I almost cost myself thousands of dollars upgrading firmware.

Is the printer working right now? If yes, then leave it alone.
