When we checked this printer out before moving it to the shop here, everything printed fine.
The nozzle check was OK, but not perfect when we got it set up here. After several cleaning cycles, and head soaks yesterday afternoon the nozzle check now has dropped TWO of the cyan fields. The blank one and number one to be exact.
Inks are full, exterior of the head is clean etc...
Cleaning cycles aren't doing anything.
Time to flush the head?
