Need Help XeRox WFC Server 6.0v2

I'm trying to start up the Xerox WFC Server 6.0v2 and I'm getting an error "invalid web server request". Running on Windows XP. Been running fine until about 3 weeks ago. WFC software won't startup. Any ideas?
