Need Help Xj-640 Internal Error 1942091

XJ-640 Internal Error 1942091

Started a few weeks ago.
It will stop mid way through a job with the error. Have to turn the machine off and on again.
I cant find a consistant pattern to the error. Sometimes its a couple of metres into a job. Other times it could be ten metres. Or anything in between.

I cant find a solution anywhere or a reference to the error code anywhere.

Internal Error 1942091 could be caused by a variety of factors (e.g. flushing adjustment, encoder scale/sensor issue, belt tension, etc), all of which would require dealer tech intervention. Please contact your Roland dealer to schedule service for the printer.
