XR-640 cutting weird, incomplete

My xr 640 just started doing this (see pics) where it won’t finish a cut line around … basically anything. This just started happening. I’ve tried changing pressure, speeds, blades (does same with 45 and 60)

What can I do to fix this??

is the blade holder good? do the blades rotate freely?

Blade holder is good, no obstruction or sticking. Also changed out the white cutting strip…no dice. I have firearm notices to weed and it’s been a freakin nightmare. Having to xacto cut so many letters by hand

You must adjust the offset of the cut
