Xr-640 print test issue

Can anyone chime in on what is going on with this print test?
I had a GSG tech, he's not very helpful. He said he "raised the cap tops" and not to worry about it.

Air. You can syringe air from the cap top tube. If there is no resistance just replace them.

is that metallic ink? your captop could be partially clogged. but likely the damper is clogged or the metallic havent been used in a while and starting to clog in the head.

No metallic or white ink just CMYK and Lights I changed cap tops because of this reason.
