Hello all
We have an aging but still mostly great XR640
About 6 months ago started getting some cyan (light cyan i think) overspray which has not really been a problem
but as of last week it seems to have gotten worse and now it looks like light black is doing the same
Nozzle test print is pretty good (still on original heads)
Test file i made up is good everywhere but light cyan/light black with it being blurry / over spray across the width
Fill test print from service mode shows no issues
From everything iv read it seems like its an electrical failure of the head?
any suggestions before we drop $2.5k on a head or look at replacing the printer
