Hello everyone.
I have a Summa S120.
It has stopped working completely giving me the warning 'Y axis error! Reboot'.
Could anyone help me to narrow down where the problem is coming from.
I read another post which was getting the warning 'Y axis error' but the symptom was not the same. Our plotter will not even pass the normal starting up process.
When you power it up the head moves about 10mm, where it stops (before it has even reached the first, roller) and gives a reading of 'Y axis error! Reboot'.
Can you advise me on how to fix this? Or help narrow it down to if the problem comes from a faulty Y axis Motor or would it be the main board?
Thanks very much for any help and advice.
