Cannot help you get the motor. Not enough info such as name and part numbers from the side of it.
I have found that most servo motors used in most equipment are standard off the shelf systems easily purchased. Just have to find the numbers and reference what you need.
I would guess that the servo motor used in your printer is a very common motor used in many other printers. And that a substitute could be found easily.
Most parts are found under a generic name if one spends a little time looking for them.
I just changed out a 24volt dc 350 watt power supply for a printer for less than $40.00 where the OEM remanufactured part was over $115.00.
However, Aliexpress has a load of printer parts all over it.
