Yet another font request

Ok so I need to know the "M" mostly but if you can tell what the other font is that would be great.

I know it is terrible quality unfortunately client says this is what another shop designed (their low rez jpg proof) and is what I want but the other shop stopped communicating after proofs. Not unheard of for this particular shop.
