yet another help for font

Looks like Impact Wide; "fingers" of the 'E' and 'L' are thinner than Impact. I've been searching for days, still can't find this stupid thing. And yes, it's the cleanest image I have, sent by the client.
Anyone?

He doesn't have the file - he's hired me to make up some more decals for his client, who got theirs from someone else.
I think I've found an acceptable substitute though...

It looks pretty close to Impact Wide Italics if that helps any.
