Yet another ID, and apologies in advance

Not on the forum much anymore, heading towards that wonderful retirement, but still having to ID other people's crap. Tried at least 5 different font identifiers and none even came close. I manually separated the letters since that's the only way the identifiers "know stuff". I know we have experts here!
