Zerox 8265 (Spitfire) Head Dragging

I have a Zerox 8265 and I'm having trouble with the head dragging on banner material. I have tried different heat settings but still have the same problem. The head is set on high. I can see after it starts to print the material is just not laying flat. If someone could walk me through the simple stuff I would appreciate it.

with banner material I have my pre- and print- heat at near zero, and post-platen heat to the max for fixing the ink -- also try to not have the printer tug on the roll -
