Hello I am trying to get a answer for this. I went to replace the belt today and the expoy zund sent is hard already. So I have a new blet on the machine but I cant use the cutter. I there any recommendations that I can use that I can get at a hardware store? Devcon? JB Weld? I cant really wait 4 days for new epoxy to get shipped from them

Loctite superglue is what i used on my colex belt, the one in the attached image and I had another bottle that was label as just instant adhesive. I used both

I’m betting CA glue would work. Thin stuff.

This guy has convinced me ca glue fixes everything.

I‘m using Steinel PurGlue, a hot melt glue which is way better then the epoxy. It is softer and doesn’t destroy the through-cut blades

Where is the best place to buy this. Can't seem to find it. I have definitely broke a few blades when it cuts on the seem because of how hard the glue can get sometime.

Zund Polymix PUE 205 seems to only be available from Zund or overseas and there isn't a comparable in the US.
It's $75 once you get cost, tax, & shipping. Seems like it should be more like under $20. You can get a 2 pack of JB weld in the same size for $14. It bonds the belt excellent, it's just a little too hard. It's like cutting on acrylic.

So I talked with Pete from Flatbed Tools and he recommended their hot glue. I ordered the glue and applicator. Super easy process and so far is holding up great. This was great service. I called on Saturday and he shipped it out that day. They have knives and belts for summa and zund flatbeds.
