I made a mistake, we're actually using 22.0.2.1091Are you on 21.0? If so, that version has all sorts of weird Fotoba mark issues. Supposedly fixed in 21.1.
Yes on the RMO. It seems that Canons software is over-riding how we are justifying in ONYXon the RMO? that's pretty normal. It's how the Arizona works.
Yep. I had this issue too.Yes on the RMO. It seems that Canons software is over-riding how we are justifying in ONYX
Thanks, that's what we ended up doingAs Pauly mentioned above... the Arizona will center anything sent to the RMO. You could fudge it by mounting the roll off-centre if you really need to, but it would be job-width dependent.
Yes, definitely a bit annoying.Yep. I had this issue too.
Can be annoying.
As Signmeupgraphics mentioned.
Offset the roll.
I've done it a few times. It works.
When im printing something that's smaller that the fotoba will struggle to slit, i'd print the start of it.
Stop it
mark where the fotoba mark is
unlock the shafts
slide the stock across till it's near the end and lock it back up.
