I often get illustrator art from clients and almost always there's 2 sets of letters on top of each other. If you don't remove the extra set the plotter will cut both. Great way to destroy the cutting strip!

I was taught to sharpen a squeegee by rubbing it into the bump edge of another squeegee. It gets hot and smooths the edge right out. You can sand squeegees? I got a few with large dents from using the wrong way, lol, gotta try this!
