It is a 60 x 120" why do I need a pattern?

The original builder did mount it different but apparently it did work and I will have to do the same but I was fishing for ideas of how to get started with it. Thanks

I will be using a 19.5 oz backlit material. Can you tension it enough by hand? I never tried it.

I have a customer with a 5x10 sign that is backlite and needs new faces. Come to find out it is banner material and is held in place by screws and washers about ever 12" inches around the box. Any ideas on getting the right tension on the faces so they stay tight. Who ever did it before made it...

Static Not sure about the drier sheets. The static builds around the rollers and where the head passes over the media. I noticed that I generated a lot of static mounting prints on the laminator so I set up an experimate..I let the drier sheets drag over the vinyl before it got to the rollers...

Maybe Chris will give us an udate before long. I hope he is having good luck with the set up.

Wow, how many print hours on the machine? were the shot counts high? I think roland says 6B is average head life. have you found that to be true?

looking at used rolands. There seem to be some deals out there but from the few history reports I have seen there are a lot of high time / hight shot count printers out there. Post time and shot counts that you have on your machines or have seen on working printers. I have a report on a sc545...
