you really don't give too much to work from --- it looks like you may simply have an interference pattern from the spray pattern and the grid/weave of the media.

Please go and read the entire ruling -- the 9-0 was that the deported individual was to be returned to face due process. The ONLY aspect of the lower courts ruling that was asked to be changed was the word "effectuate" .. within hours of the SCOTUS ruling, the lower court issued a new order...
