  2. How Should I Apply?

... I am not sure how Bakersfield likes things mounted on the window frame that block the window itself - I am about an hour north of there, and I have had the FD tell me that most windows are considered part of emergency exits from a building and that putting something on the glass is okay, but...
  3. Printer for double sided workflow? Need perfect registration

these look interesting... they claim 1 micron accuracy. Is there provision to swap a side for registration purposes when flipping the substrate? I have never seen packaged sheets of anything be accurate to within a micron sheet to sheet, so when duplexing you would would still need to keep...
  4. Laser cutter "pitting" on the back side

let's talk acrylic.... the laser can't go through it? - meaning the laser light is fully absorbed, right?... then the laser will cut through the acrylic.

  9. I read all these ways 'to' and 'not to' do things in signland......................................................

... well, not to reinvent the wheel, but how did the wheel get invented? how are new things invented? how are good ideas spread across industries? if no one tries anything new, then progress completely stops.
  10. Best Material for Commercially Used Agriculture Equipment (Tractors, Mowers, etc...)

dude, just get a sample of the Substance - I think you will be very happy. I use it for stickers that can even stick on the anti-graffiti paint. But I have made stickers for my tractor.... Substance is supposed to stick to hard to stick to motorsports items, I would bet you will find it...

  12. What is THIS called? (picture attached)

four of these came with our Graphtec - I think they are what you are looking for...
  13. Has tech support gotten this bad?

when a printhead burns out, usually there was a spark or something at the nozzle - checkout your bad printheads, almost all will have some sort of physical damage.... (I mean, it is not a software issue, something actually fails on the printheads, right??? most I have seen look like there was...
