Printing Glossy on Matte Black

Has anyone ever experimented with printing on matte black vinyl? The goal is to end up with a glossy/matte mixed decal.

I printed using my normal ICC profile (12pass, 100% ink) and ended up with a pretty cool effect, but the "glossy" is more like a semi-gloss. How can I get a more glossy finish? More optimizer? Push ink limit to 120% or more?

Here's the print. This is Hexis Matte Deep Black. HP 315.

Does anyone know how you can "print" optimizer only? I'd like to do a similar glossy/matte with other color vinyl and attempting to print a color match would be extremely difficult.

plot and weed a roll of high-gloss laminate - the gloss/matte is a surface effect, you will not have to print any glossy black.... (the weeding may be a PIA...)

(as is covered elsewhere, you can turn a frosted window (matte glass) clear with glossy laminate as well...)
