Have you checked that the teflon cutting strip is not damaged? If it is, the blade may not be able to apply the correct depth/pressure to cut through the material.

I've used the 3M SCPM-44X transfer with Arlon 5200-07 Silver Etched Glass Vinyl for years now and haven't had many issues. I also wipe the vinyl with isopropyl before masking.

In Production Manager in the top right corner, below the file icon, there should be an option to Add Device. If you have multiple printers or plotters running through a switch, you should be able to shuffle through them in Production Manager.

You can run up to five devices off of one license. Just make sure to keep track of your IP addresses for the printers.
