I would recommend Orafol 951 Clear with a Matte Laminate. Or another possible option would be Arlon Ever Etched with Flite technology. It’s a frosted glass film with air egress to help with install and should be fine on a vehicle.
With Flexi open, open a new window and navigate to your file you want to open. Click and drag the desired VE Lxi file into your Flexi software. Should paste the contents in with no issue.
I had this issue with eps files as well. Cutting paths twice when there was one cut line. It would do it on 90% of files. That was with the Flexi Rip. I Switched to onyx and the same files cut correctly with only one cut every time.
More than likely a curing problem, try it with a different profile or different curing temps and see if it still does it. Could be a bad roll, but I would think it’s a curing issue from what I see
