Thanks Guys for your imput Fuji found the problem it was a kink in the main ink line which was restricking the flow

Hi Everyone, I have a Mutoh 1638TX direct to fabric printer, It will not print black, replaced the head twice and even put the head into another machine and it works fine. Replaced the dampers, black ink line all the way to the two chanels on the head, any suggestions would be much apricated Thanks

Thanks for the info, This has never happened before and I have replaced lot's of heads over the past 10 years, no I never flush a new head, I will try swapping the position of the dampners as surgested and see what happens. Thanks for your input much appricated

I put a brand new head in with new dampers, set it up and got 7 off the colours comming through perfect but we are missing the black on the 8th chanel its, I noticed that if I flush the 8th chanel is dripping and not spraying like the other colours, I was just woundering if it could be a faulty...
