I use the 4 point registration when I use Real Gold on my Graphtec. This way you are physically aligning the laser dot on the crosshair mark at each corner. It takes a touch more time, but I have had great success with it. It beats the frustration of a bad cut on expensive material!!

I use one of the generic calendared vinyl profiles on alot of the stuff I print. I do alot of printing on 3M reflective for police vehicle work with excellent results. Hope this helps. Once I get back to my shop I can give you the exact one if you like.

Hello all, Looking to get a rough idea what to charge for this. Will be printed on Oracal 3951RA to cover the entire 4x8 sheet. 1 sided sign. There will be a total of 3 of the same sign. Customer will do the mounting of the sign, I am just doing the print and application. Thank you!

letterman...I used Oracal 290 lam for the print I just did. In my case the customer wanted "blue leaf" so there was no need for solid print. Not sure you can get a solid print with the exception of black unless you do thermal print? Maybe one of the experts can add to this and explain if there...

I would think a standard cast wrap material would be sufficient to use for this. I have not wrapped any yet, but I have put logos on the as a "promotional" item and have used Oracal 3951RA with good results.

Hi Gene, yes the dots on the Roland work well for gold leaf. Unfortunately, I do not see an option for that with the Mimaki. It is only the corner lines from what I can see.
