  1. US Tariffs, Sigh!

A general statement, not directed to your post... but If someone doesn't understand how Tariffs work, how it affects your business & your clients, you shouldn't be in Business in the first place.

Hello: We are running an Epson S80, approx. 3 years old but slowly having Print head issues. We are not close to a service Tech, so will cost $4-5000 to bring a Tech in. I just want to make sure we are 100% sure the Printhead is going. Anyone else out there know the signs to tell if the...

  8. DOA Printer from (now unresponsive) Out of State Broker - Advice on reparations?

Just a note we have the HP Pagewide that uses the 843B ink & can be ordered direct from KM. If you guarantee ink purchase they MAY even do an ink contract pricing for you, they may not since machine was not purchased from them. I would not trust Ebay or any 3rd party supplier on these inks...
  9. Epson s70600 third party inks?

S80 owner here, (our 3rd epson over the years) I would definitely NOT try 3rd party inks on an Epson. The print heads are very particular & you will end up losing the ink savings in maintenance time & production issues. Maybe having possible to bleed/flush the lines if you have any issues...
  10. New Print Business - What Equipment Do You Recommend

Interesting thread, where 90% of the responses are on the equipment. Who is selling your product line? It is very challenging times & you can have all the equipment in the world, the best staff, installers & knowledge but what supports it all? Sales! Sell sell sell, make the calls, send...
  11. Which Machine to Buy

About a year ago we evaluated both the Epson S80 & the Mimaki CJV in depth. We purchased the Epson S80...our 2nd we also have an older S40. In my opinion there is no better bang for the buck then this Series of printers. If you dont need white or orange consider the S60 but with decals you...

  14. Wall Vinyl Install

Hello: We do a ton of window perf & vinyl install, some wall cut vinyl logos or lettering but doing an estimate on a 200 sq. ft area wall vinyl install. Straight forward area, no curves or angles, just a long wall. We have asked client to prime paint the wall but any other tips on wall...
  15. What is going on...is everyone so busy?

Curious...any specific industry markets that are busier then others (ie: construction, small business, etc)? Our Covid work has dropped off & now mainly small businesses re-opening or freshening up signage
